All these benefits can be obtained, not necessarily eating grapes during pregnancy "in its pure form." Grapes juice has the same beneficial properties. But the juice in large quantities of medical use is not recommended - ideally a day's norm should be one glass of grape juice, preferably in the morning.

To avoid increased risks, it is better to refuse these products at later stages of pregnancy - it will be calmer and safer.
