Here are just what are they - the early signs of pregnancy - giving the chance to "not miss" the quivering moment? Those, that allow hope to be heated and with the concealed joy to postpone procedure of carrying out of the test for pregnancy? These signs, according to experts, there are several.
And one of the most "indicative" is an increase, a swelling of the breast and an increase in its sensitivity. The breast grows and rounds, becomes more elastic and sensitive already from the very first days of the come pregnancy. This situation is explained by hormonal changes in the body: after conception, all processes will proceed from the calculation to the preparation for the future birth of the baby. But only, it should be borne in mind that before the onset of another "planned" menstruation, the breast also differs in some sensitivity and swelling. Therefore, it is likely, that breast changes are not always associated with fertilization.
Bloody discharge and abdominal discomfort
Other earliest signs of pregnancy are untimely and small bleeding from the vagina and abdominal cramps. Light red, almost pink discharge, which a woman often perceives for a month - the effect of the attachment of a fertilized egg to the wall of the uterus. It is also indicated by slight spasms, discomfort in the abdomen during the period when the next menstrual period should begin. But the bleeding in this case should not be abundant, and cramps in the abdomen - strong. If such symptoms are observed, it is advisable to seek medical advice immediately.
Severe mood swings, drowsiness and fatigue are just one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. In parallel to them, nausea, increased irritability and uncharacteristic reaction to the surrounding odors (again, in the form of nausea) can be associated. These are manifestations of toxicosis that can overtake a pregnant woman at the earliest possible time, and may manifest later. Or will not manifest itself in full at all.
Changes in appetite and taste preferences
However, in addition to nausea and fatigue, a woman's eating habits can change completely unpredictably. So, many pregnant women will like those foods that the woman used to experience a real disgust. And those of them, which used to be regarded by a woman as very, very "attractive", can suddenly be completely out of tune. Changes can also affect the appetite: some pregnant women already from the earliest date complain that "a piece of the throat does not climb," and someone, on the contrary, has a "brutal" appetite, which always wants to chew constantly.
And, of course, one can not ignore such an unambiguous earliest sign of pregnancy as holding on elevated basal temperature markers. Some pregnant women in the early period in general there is a rise in body temperature - doctors treat it as a variant of the norm and convince that there is no cause for concern in this situation. But in many, the body temperature does not change at all, while the basal temperature is elevated during pregnancy in any case. The basal temperature is measured in the morning, after a night's sleep, not getting out of bed, in the rectum. If the mark for a few days stubbornly holds on the indicator above 37 degrees, you can reasonably suspect the presence of pregnancy.
Increased level of hCG
It will also indicate an increased level of hCG (chorionic gonadotropin), however, in the early stages of pregnancy - except in the blood. The first days after fertilization and fixation in the wall of the uterus, hCG is already produced in large quantities, however, they are not enough to react to the pregnancy test to increase the level of the chorionic gonadotropin. But the corresponding blood test will determine such data, after which it will be possible to talk about the onset of a long-awaited pregnancy.
